Traxxas, the leader in hobby-class radio controlled cars, trucks and boats, breaks ground Monday, June 13 at 9 a.m. on the first corporate headquarters at their future headquarters at the corner of Stacy Road and Henneman Way, in Craig Ranch.
The $40 million corporate campus includes a 100,000-square-foot, three-story corporate office facility, a 75,000-square-foot auditorium and car museum and a 90,000-square-foot distribution center on 16-acres of land. The campus will include a helipad, as well as test facilities and racetracks with public access.
Dallas-based Merriman Associates/Architects Inc. designed the campus and C.F. Jordan LP is the general contractor on the project, which is scheduled for completion in late 2012.
