The days are getting longer and hotter but it’s not too soon to make this winter’s vacation a life saver. For the experience of a lifetime you can spend the next four to five months preparing for a full or half marathon or century ride at a fabulous destination all while raising money to help fund blood cancer research.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training® program (TNT) is signing up runners, walkers and cyclists for events at winter destinations including magical Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., beautiful Tucson, AZ., and enchanting San Antonio, TX. Consider combining a fun vacation at a warm winter spot with the opportunity to accomplish an incredible feat and support lifesaving research.
Team In Training (TNT), the world’s largest endurance sports charity training program, gives you professional coaching, alumni mentors and your own web page for fundraising support. You also get a fabulous, activity-filled weekend at the event of your choice, and the camaraderie of a supportive team. There’s also TNT Flex, a customized, online training option developed by TNT’s renowned coaches.
The Walt Disney World Marathon in Orlando, FL on Jan. 12, 2013, the Herothon Half Marathon in San Antonio, TX on Jan. 27, 2013, and the El Tour de Tucson Century Bike Ride in Tucson, AZ on Nov. 17, 2012 are among the exciting choices offered by TNT for the winter season.
