JUNE 2011 — We’re bloomin all weekend long! The World Collection Park of The Crape Myrtle Trails of McKinney was officially opened just two weeks ago at this ribbon cutting, and it is an amazing 7-acre park that the U.S. National Arboretum has certified as the only complete collection of crape myrtle varieties anywhere. It’s the culmination of a 12-year dream for civic leaders and Crape Myrtle Trails supporters, and it’s filled with beauty and inspiration, even at this tender age!
