Three Car Accident Leads to Extraction, Closes Custer Road in McKinney, TX

At approximately 8:26 p.m. on Sunday, December 20, the McKinney Fire Department responded to reports of multiple cars involved in an accident in the 1500 block of N Custer Road.

A caller told responders that they witnessed one vehicle flip multiple times until it stopped overturned and that a second vehicle was facing oncoming traffic.

First responders on scene reported that there were a total of three vehicles with major damage.

McKinney Fire Department spokeswoman, Stacie Durham told Town Square Buzz that one person was extricated and that at least six people were transported to area hospitals.

South Bound Custer was shut down at 8:33 p.m. until the accident scene and all units were cleared at 9:41 p.m..
