Jeff Leach, Republican candidate running for State Representative in House District 67, today announced he has received the endorsement of the Texas Home School Coalition PAC, the state’s leading home school advocacy group.
“Jeff Leach is a conservative leader Texans can trust. In Austin he will be an advocate for traditional conservative values and the individual freedoms we hold so dear,” said Tim Lambert, President of the Texas Home School Coalition. “We are excited to be a part of his campaign.”
In response to their endorsement Jeff Leach said, “I am honored to receive the endorsement of the Texas Home School Coalition. Our area needs a voice in Austin who will fight for our conservative values. I look forward to being that voice.”
Running for Texas House of Representative in District 67, Jeff Leach was raised in Plano and graduated from Plano Senior High School. He is a graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law and currently practices with the law firm of Griffith Nixon Davison, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University. Jeff and his wife Becky are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano. They live in Plano with their two children Brady, age 3, and Charlotte, age 1.
In addition to the Texas Home School Coalition PAC, Leach has also received many prominent endorsements from groups such as the Texas Association of Realtors, Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, Young Conservatives of Texas, Collin County Conservative Republicans, Conservative Republicans of Texas and Texas Right to Life, among others. Leach has also been endorsed by numerous community leaders such as David McCall, Olin Jaye, Bob Baker, Candy Noble, Sharron Albertson, Kelly Shackelford and former House District 67 Candidate Mabel Simpson. Jeff has received an “A” rating from the NRA and Texas State Rifle Association and is the only candidate in the race for House District 67 to be “Tea Approved” by the North Texas Tea Party.
