The Texas Association of Realtors today announced its decision to endorse Jeff Leach for election to the Texas House of Representatives in District 67, consisting of portions of Plano, Allen, and Richardson in Collin County.
“We believe Jeff Leach is the best person to represent the citizens of House District 67. Jeff understands real estate issues, economic development, and the need for less governmental regulation. He identifies with the values of Collin County residents and he has a strong vision for the future,” said Marvin Jolly, Chairman of the Collin County Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, on behalf of the Texas Association of Realtors.
With nearly 80,000 members, the Texas Association of Realtors is the largest professional membership association in the state and represents all aspects of real estate in Texas, including advocating on behalf of Texas Realtors and protecting the rights of private property owners.
Leslie Rouda Smith, President of the Collin County Association of Realtors, said “The Texas Association of Realtors is proud to implement our grassroots efforts on behalf of Jeff Leach and pledge our full support and engagement with the campaign. We look forward to working with Jeff in the future as a member of the state legislature to protect homeowners and property rights in Collin County and across Texas.”

Running for Texas House of Representatives in District 67, Jeff Leach was raised in Plano and graduated from Plano Senior High School. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and currently practices with the law firm of Griffith Nixon Davison, P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University. Jeff and his wife Becky are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano. They live in Plano with their two children Brady, age 3, and Charlotte, age 1.
