The City of McKinney’s Commuter Connect express bus service between McKinney and Plano is offering commuters a chance to try the service with free rides in October. The Commuter Connect Service runs from 6:15 a.m. to 6:50 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The McKinney Commuter Connect provides express bus service between the TAPS Park & Ride location at 1870 Gateway Blvd. in McKinney and the DART Parker Road Station in Plano. This service is designed to provide riders with an opportunity to access employment locations in McKinney, Plano and across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

When the free ride promotion ends on Oct. 31, passengers can continue to ride the express bus service for as little as $2 one-way or $4 round trip. A monthly pass is just $58. Prepaid fare cards and monthly passes can be purchased online at www.TAPSbus.com.
