SPCA Pets of the Week: Young Bentley, Nod Need Homes

spca_bentleyMeet Bentley, a handsome one-year-old, 15 pound, Chihuahua mix. This sweetheart has a shiny black coat and always has a smile on his cute little face. Bentley was transferred with 60 other dogs to the SPCA of Texas onOctober 18th from the Tulsa Humane Society after two commercial breeders closed their operations and surrendered their dogs to the organization. When he came to the SPCA of Texas Bentley had trauma to his left eye and it was surgically removed. He has healed quite nicely thanks to the great Veterinarians and staff here. Bentley enjoys the great outdoors, going on walks, and does well on the leash. Bentley has been neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm tested (he’s negative) and received his age-appropriate vaccinations. He is sure to fill your life with lots of love, laughter, and cuddles! Would Bentley make the perfect addition to your family? Come and meet him today! #123010

Meet Nod, a beautiful 10-month-old, 7 pound, female Domestic Shorthair mix.  She has a spca_nodbrown and white patched tabby coat and gorgeous big green eyes! She has a really cute brown patch of fur that looks like a beauty mark on the right side of her whiskers. It makes her look very lovely and distinguished! Nod was transferred to the SPCA of Texas from the Tulsa Humane Society on October 31 in the hopes of finding her forever home.  She is a major cuddler and all around sweetie!  She strolls right up to anyone that comes into her cat condo and welcomes them with paws wide open.  Nod enjoys playing, curling up into a ball on your lap, purring, and making biscuits with her paws to show you how happy she is! She has been spayed, FIV/FeLV tested (she’s negative), micro-chipped, received her age- appropriate vaccinations, and is litter box trained! What are you waiting for? Come and meet Nod today! #123612
