SPCA Pets of the Week: The Eyes Will Win You Over with Belle and Diamond

spca_belleMeet Belle, a friendly, 47 pound, black and brown Blue Heeler mix. You will love her gorgeous baby blue eyes that change to brown depending on the lighting. You will also love to pet her very soft, dark coat. Belle loves to walk and, like other Blue Heelers, is quite energetic. Belle is especially fond of treats. According to her previous owner, Belle gets along well with children and other dogs. Did you know that you can bring your current, vaccinated pets to the shelter to meet potential pets like Belle? Belle is also already housetrained! She was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on January 17 because her previous owners had a new baby. Belle has already been spayed, microchipped and received her age-appropriate vaccinations. She has also been dewormed and has received heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. Come meet Belle today! #126165

spca_diamond Meet Diamond, a 10-year-old Domestic Shorthair mix who has a beautiful brown tabby and white coat. Diamond is a quiet, beautiful lady who weighs a perfect 11 pounds. Diamond was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on January 25 to find her forever home. She has already been spayed, tested for FIV/FeLV (she’s negative), micro-chipped and has received her age-appropriate vaccinations. Diamond’s front paws were declawed before she came to the SPCA of Texas, so she will need to be an indoor-only kitty cat. As her name Diamond says, she’s a gem of a cat who would to go home with you. What are you waiting for? Come meet Diamond today! #126515
