SPCA Pets of the Week: Roger and Sandie Are Waiting for You in McKinney

spca_rogerMeet Roger, a handsome 2-year-old Labrador mix. He has a beautiful black and tan coat, with white on his face, chest, and paws.  Roger was transferred to the SPCA of Texas from Texas Best Choices Animal Rescue on July 22 in hopes of finding his new, loving family. Could that be you? He is 66lb of pure love who loves giving gentle kisses! He is a curious guy and is interested in whatever you are doing because he’d love to help out! Roger enjoys the great outdoors and going for walks or romping through the grass. He is a sweet heart who is sure to brighten up your day with his smile! Roger is heartworm positive, but his treatments are FREE to his new family at a Metroplex-area VCA Animal Hospital after he is adopted. He has been neutered, micro-chipped and received his age-appropriate vaccinations. Would Roger be the perfect addition to your family? Come and meet him today! #117952

spca_sandie Meet Sandie, a laid-back 5-year-old, 17 pound, Domestic Short Hair mix. He has a beautiful buff tabby coat that goes so well with his amazing gold eyes.  Sandie was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on August 3 to look for his forever home because his previous owner had too many animals.  He is a very gentle boy, and has a lovely relaxed attitude. Sandie enjoys lounging, observing his surroundings and napping, but he also likes to come and snuggle up to you and say hello. His previous owner described him as “very loving and friendly”, and you can tell by his constant purring when you pet him! He has been neutered, FIV/FeLV tested (he is negative), micro-chipped and has received all of his age-appropriate vaccinations. You are sure to fall in love with Sandi when you come and say hello, so what are you waiting for? Come and meet him today! #118677
