Meet Darius, a cute six-year-old, 25 pound, Chihuahua mix. He has a handsome tan and black coat with gorgeous chocolate brown eyes. He can be a little shy when you first meet him, but once he gets to know you, he is a little sweetheart! Darius was transferred with 60 other dogs to the SPCA of Texas on October 18th from the Tulsa Humane Society after two commercial breeders closed their operations and surrendered their dogs to the organization. He needs to go to a home with no children under the age of 12. He enjoys going for walks, romping through the grass, and chewing on rawhides. He has been neutered, Heartworm tested (he’s negative), micro-chipped, and received his age-appropriate vaccinations! Darius is a VIP (Very Important Pet) because he has been waiting to find his new, loving family for over 30 days, so he has a lower adoption price! He is sure to fill your life with lots of love, laughter, and cuddles! What are you waiting for? Come and meet Darius today! #123011
Meet Saphira, a beautiful 5-year-old, 9-pound, Domestic Longhair mix. Saphira has a gorgeous soft brown tabby coat with lovely green eyes. She has cute patches of white on her chest and paws that accentuate her long white whiskers. Saphira can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she is as sweet as can be! She likes to be petted and will lean into you and nudge your hand to show how happy she is. Saphira was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on December 13th because her previous owner was moving and could not take her along. According to her previous owner, she gets along with children and other cats. She is a couch potato that just wants to be loved, but she also enjoys playing with toys! She has been spayed, micro-chipped, FIV/FeLV tested (she’s negative), and received her age-appropriate vaccinations! Would Saphira make the perfect addition to your family? Come and meet her today! #118678
