Ten students will receive high school diplomas during McKinney’s Serenity High graduation ceremony. Serenity High is part of the McKinney Independent School District. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 24 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 652 Redbud Boulevard in McKinney.
Serenity High is a safe haven and sober environment for students who have successfully completed a recognized treatment program and who want to complete requirements to earn a Texas high school diploma. More than 180 students have graduated from Serenity since its creation in 1999.
