Join ghosts, goblins and witches down at the Historic McKinney Square for the annual “Scare on the Square” event. The downtown shops and McKinney Main Street draw thousands of people each year by providing a safe and secure place for halloween festivities. Streets are closed down to allow people to easily travel from shop to shop collecting candy. The free event will be going on rain or shine from 4 to 6 p.m. and offers activities for children of all ages including trick-or-treating, a ghost hunt and a costume contest. Make sure that your vehicle is out of the 14 block downtown area before 3:30 to prevent being blocked in until the end of the event.
Be sure to stop by TSB’s Studios at 201 N. Kentucky Street, and say hi!
