Less than one percent of the earth’s water is available for human consumption. With the ongoing drought, it makes sense to do all we can to conserve our water.
A partnership program, WaterSense, sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency makes it easy for Americans to save water and protect the environment. Since the program began in 2006, WaterSense has helped consumers save a cumulative 125 billion gallons of water and over $2 billion in water and energy bills.
Look for the WaterSense label to choose quality, water efficient products. Many products are available, and don’t require a change in your lifestyle. Find out more at www.epa.gov/watersense.
