franconia_breweryTwo people were injured Saturday when a large kettle of beer exploded at the Franconia Brewing Co. in McKinney, according to a published report in Sunday’s Dallas Morning News.

McKinney Fire Department spokesman Stacie Durham told the newspaper that people were touring the microbrewery about noon when the kettle exploded and ripped through a wall. One victim was taken to Medical Center of McKinney and another was flown to Medical Center of Plano. Their conditions were unknown at present.
