Reel McKinney: ‘Stuart J’s Lens’ Moves One Step Closer to Tranquility With Dr. David Lambert

By Stuart J. Pearlman, TSB Staff

Ever since David Lambert was a teenager he knew two things; he was destined to become a surgeon and he loved the mountains.

In accomplishing the first part Dr. Lambert enlisted the help of the United States Air Force en route to becoming a General Surgeon and Laparoscopic Surgeon practicing at the Medical Center of McKinney.

His second passion ultimately led Dr. Lambert down a hiking path in the Colorado Rockies that offered an inner peace and up a colossal slope, culminating at Mount Everest’s infamous South Base Camp. At an elevation of 17,598feet, this was clearly the most breath-taking experience he ever had. (Pun intended.)

Follow along as Dr. Lambert gives us the short version of his long trek.

Stuart J’s Lens provides the opportunity to get to know some of the more interesting people and personalities in and around McKinney. If you think you have a story to tell, or know someone that does, send me an email at and tell me all about it.
