Ever since David Lambert was a teenager he knew two things; he was destined to become a surgeon and he loved the mountains.
In accomplishing the first part Dr. Lambert enlisted the help of the United States Air Force en route to becoming a General Surgeon and Laparoscopic Surgeon practicing at the Medical Center of McKinney.
His second passion ultimately led Dr. Lambert down a hiking path in the Colorado Rockies that offered an inner peace and up a colossal slope, culminating at Mount Everest’s infamous South Base Camp. At an elevation of 17,598feet, this was clearly the most breath-taking experience he ever had. (Pun intended.)
Follow along as Dr. Lambert gives us the short version of his long trek.
