Walk to End Alzheimer’s Draws More Than 300 Participants

More than 50 teams and 300 walkers participated in McKinney’s annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s in downtown McKinney on Saturday. The Alzheimer’s Association’s walk takes place in more than 600 communities across the country and is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

To date, the McKinney walk has raise more than $50,oo0 in donations. Donations can still be made through the Walk to End Alzheimer’s website through the end of this week.
