Oxford: The World of C.S. Lewis to Collin College

Collin College invites the public to attend the third event of its Passport to the World fall series from noon-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9 in the Living Legends Conference Center at the Spring Creek Campus in Plano, located at 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway in Plano.

Scott Rasnic, professor of English, will discuss “Oxford: The World of C.S. Lewis.” A professor of Medieval and Renaissance Literature, Lewis was a writer best known for his fictional work such as the Screwtape Letters and the Chronicles of Narnia.

Passport to the World is a free event led by Collin College faculty who share their travel experiences, focusing on different cultures, lifestyles, politics and ways of thinking throughout the world.
