Director Becca Johnson-Spinos helps bring this story to life with more than 40 children from MYT who make up this cast of fantastic memorable characters.
The curtain opens on Willy Wonka the mysterious, somewhat eccentric candy maker who then introduces the impoverished Bucket family: Mr. and Mrs. Bucket their son, Charlie Grandpa Joe Grandma Josephine ,Grandpa George, and Grandma Georgina.
Hidden among 50 million candy bars are five Golden Tickets and those who find the tickets will be given a tour of the candy factory and plenty of chocolate. The first
four ticket holders are insufferable children who do not heed warnings from Wonka about the dangers of various candy making machines.
