McKinney Police Searching for Bank Robber

A white male robbed the Chase Bank at 5101 S. Custer Road on Tuesday morning, and police are releasing his photo to ask the public for assistance in identifying him.

At approximately10:15 a.m. Tuesday, McKinney Police responded to an Aggravated Robbery call. Bank employees reported an unknown white male entered the bank, displayed a black semi-automatic handgun, and
demanded the teller give him the money. The teller handed the unknown male an undetermined amount of cash and the suspect fled the location prior to police arrival. The suspect is believed to have fled South on Custer Road driving a newer model black Volvo sedan.

The suspect description is a white male, late 20’s to early 30’s, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, and slim build (150 to 160 pounds). The suspect was wearing a tan or light brown baseball style cap, gray hoodie, denim jeans, white tennis shoes, and black eyeglasses. The suspect is described as having medium brown hair and wearing a fake dark black goatee.
