McKinney Police Arrest Princeton ISD Teacher for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

Matthew Pappas, a 30-year-old math teacher at Clark Junior High School, was arrested shortly after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Although Pappas is a Princeton ISD teacher and the alleged victim is a Princeton ISD student, the offense occurred in McKinney and the McKinney Police Department made the arrest.

Pappas was booked into the Collin County Detention Center. Bond was set at $100,000, according to WFAA. The investigation is ongoing and due to the age of the victim, the McKinney Police Department is not releasing any further details at this time.
