An unidentified McKinney man suffered multiple stab wounds during a fight at a party early Sunday morning. At 1:20 a.m. on Sunday morning, units from the McKinney Police and Fire Department responded to the 2200 block of Amherst Circle in reference to a possible stabbing.
Upon arriving on the scene, the officers discovered a large crowd attending a party in the area. Witnesses on the scene told the McKinney Police that a large fight broke out in the street. The witnesses said that during the fight a 20-year-old male was stabbed multiple times.
The victim was transported to the Medical Center of Plano for treatment. His current condition is unknown. A 15-year-old male also received a laceration during the fight and was transported to the Medical Center of McKinney with non-life threatening injuries.
According to the McKinney Police Department, detectives are actively working to identify the stabbing suspect, who is still at large.
Jonathon Barros (age 20) and Anthony Moore (age 20) were arrested at the scene on unrelated charges. No further information about this incident is currently available.
