This requirement may be reinstated at any time; so, please watch for status updates in area media, by calling 972-547-2879, or by visiting www.mckinneyfire.org.

The McKinney Fire Department reminds all individuals and businesses that the Hot Work Permit requirement and/or the Burn Ban may be reinstated at any time, dependent upon drought conditions. Please be vigilant in your safety and in monitoring announcements regarding drought, weather, and burn conditions.
