McKinney Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Jodi Ann LaFreniere Ray, CCE resigned her position effective March 21, 2014 to pursue a private sector opportunity. Ray has been with the McKinney Chamber for the past four and a half years after serving in similar positions in Connecticut and North Carolina.
“It has been an honor for me to have had the opportunity to serve this organization and the incredible mission that it represents,” Ray said. “McKinney is an amazing community and very deserving of the many accolades it has received. It has been my distinct pleasure to work with the members of the Chamber, our outstanding staff team, Board of Directors, City leaders and so many wonderful partners throughout our community.”
“We appreciate the service and her effort to improve the Chamber of Commerce,” said Ray Eckenrode, McKinney Chamber Board Chairman. The McKinney Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors will meet next week to lay out plans for identifying Ray’s successor.
