Laura Saleem, a board certified physical therapist at Medical Center of McKinney, will discuss how to “Maintain Your Balance” at a seminar on Wednesday, May 22, noon to 1 p.m. at Medical Center of McKinney, 4500 Medical Center Drive, Classroom 3-4.
Staying active is critical to sustaining health and well-being. Learn how to improve your balance and prevent falls. Falls in older adults are often associated with life-changing consequences such as hip fractures and head injuries, and can lead to reduced physical activity and quality of life.
