Development on University Drive will be under examination by the McKinney Planning and Zoning Commission.
P&Z meets at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in the Council Chambers at 222 N. Tennessee Street.
P&Z will be considering a request in the Belterra Addition by BBV Texas Development, L.L.C. and Kayasa Family, Ltd., for approval of a Preliminary-Final Plat for Lots 1-3 in Block A.
This request covers 45.82 acres on the northeast corner of Lake Forest Drive and U.S. Highway 380.
Single-family homes: The second Hwy. 380 corridor item in front of P&Z will deal with the Live Oak Creek Addition. Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc., has made a request on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank for approval of a Preliminary-Final Plat for 109 Single Family Residential Lots and four common areas. The homes will be on the 35.32 acres East of Community Avenue and 500 feet South of University Drive.
A public hearing will be conducted on rezoning 5.13 acres on the northwest corner of Skyline Drive and Hwy. 380. The City of McKinney seeks approval of a request to rezone the area to clarify the applicable regulations.
Eldorado – Alma: Pogue Engineering & Development Company, Inc., brings forward a request by Hunter Alma Eldorado, L.P., for approval of a Preliminary-Final Replat for Lots 1R and 2, Block B on 5.72 acres on the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Alma Road.
The McKinney Board of Adjustment has a public hearing scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 to discuss a request by Suncrest Homes for 1204 North Bradley.
Suncrest Homes wants a variance for minimum lot size, lot depth and rear yard setback.
