More than four thousand visitors in the form of ghosts, goblins, witches, and even Lady Gaga, haunted the streets of the Tucker Hill neighborhood on Sunday, October 23 during the annual Ghouls on the Lawn event, sponsored by Tucker Hill and the McKinney Performing Arts Center.
Chills and thrills were sent up the spines of adults and children alike as they listed to ghost stories in the haunted cemetery and collected treats from a goblin’s mouth. There was Halloween fun for kids of all ages, with hayrides, pumpkin decorating, music and dancing. This year, the free event accepted donations of canned goods that will be given to the North Texas Food Bank.
