Academy U10, Competitive U11-U19 will play a 3 game minimum with bracket advancement to finals.
APPLICATION: Must be made on-line at www.flamefestsoccer.org any coaching conflicts must be included on the application.
Academy teams – $425
Competitive teams – $525

Please plan to check-in your team on Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 5-9pm unless you live outside the DFW Metroplex. There will be limited check-in at the fields.
Academy Teams will need NTX tournament roster
U11-U19 Competitive teams – copy of official roster & Medical release forms
Releases and Travel papers, if applicable due at registration
Academy U10 – No Guest Players – 18 players max roster
U11-U15 – 18 players, up to 5 guest players
U16-U19 – 22 players, up to 5 guest players
Accepted teams and schedules will be posted on the website, www.flamefestsoccer.org, as soon as possible after the deadline. There will be no refunds for teams that withdraw after the team is accepted. Teams not accepted will receive a full refund. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE AFTER YOU HAVE MADE AN APPLICATION, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR IMMEDIATLELY! FAILURE TO REMIT THE ENTRY FEE DOES NOT SERVE AS NOTIFICATION THAT A TEAM WILL NOT BE PARTICIPATING; YOU MUST CONTACT THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR, BEFORE SCHEDUELDS ARE POSTED, SHOULD YOU DECIDE NOT TO PARTICIPATE.
REFEREE: When available, all games will use 3 man referee system with all referees being USSF certified
For coaches that coach multiple teams. Every effort will be made to avoid conflicts, however there are NO guarantees.
