McKinney First Responders were called to the scene of a potentially dangerous rushing water situation involving a man who was trapped in a tree and his dog.
On Friday, November 27 at around 3:00 a.m. the McKinney Fire Department was dispatched after a 911 call came in from a man trapped in a tree by rising flood waters near the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and College Street.
The man did not know his exact location during the time of the call.
