Calvin Lincecum drove his children to the Terrell Police Department on Tuesday night after an Amber Alert had been issued for them. The children were safe and in police custody.

Yesenia Lincecum, 5, Calvin Lincecum, 4, and three-year-old Yaretzi Lincecum were missing, the McKinney Police Department reported earlier in the day. An Amber Alert had been issued as the children were last seen around 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon in the company of their biological father, Calvin Lincecum, 33. He was driving a gold Ford Crown Victoria sedan with Texas plates DT3V923.

According to WFAA, Police said that Calvin Lincecum had been with his children at their home with a babysitter on Tuesday afternoon when he was served with legal documents ordering him to stay away from the youngsters.

Lincecum then allegedly grabbed the children and drove away.
