Aerial dance is an exciting and new art form that is making its mark in the dance world opening up a new realm of creativity with the variety of aerial equipment including silks, trapeze, lyra, hammock, slings, corde lisse, Spanish web and harness work.

Epiphany DanceArts is a dance company that specializes in performances, private lessons, master classes, and artistic outreach.  Founded in 2010 by DeGroat, they routinely perform at hospitals, schools, civic centers, and churches to share with others our wealth of experience performing and teaching.

Philip Elson Dance is the creative identity that represents the choreographic and directed work of choreographer and Collin College Alumni Philip Elson. These works encompass live performance as well as dance films. Elson’s work primarily focuses on ideas of the body and its relationship to the cultural forces it experiences. Elson’s independent work has been presented in four regions of the United States and in Berlin, Germany.

The Collin Dance Ensemble, the resident performing company for Collin College, under the direction of Tiffanee Arnold, tours throughout Dallas-Fort Worth performing in local concerts and festivals such as The Dallas Dance Festival, The Fort Worth Dance Festival: Up and Running, Dances at a Gathering at the Eisemann Center, The University of Texas at Dallas, Allen Dance Festival and Dallas’ Dance for the Planet. The dance company attends and performs at the American College Dance Festival annually and has been selected for the Gala Performance at that festival five times.
