Frank Ragan, formerly city manager in McKinney, is one of three finalists expected to interview in mid-November for the city manager position in Pueblo, Colo., according to a report in the Pueblo Chieftain.

Ragan was McKinney’s city manager from March 2008 through June 2010. An archived story of his resignation can be found by clicking here.

The Pubelo Chieftain story mentions that Ragan spent five years as deputy city manager of community services in Aurora, Colo.
