Pterostilbene – ter-o-stil’-been is a natural compound in grapes and berries that may help your heart.  According to the American Heart Association’s Council for High Blood Pressure Reseach in 2012, people who popped a supplement with the highest doses of the compound averages a seven-point drop in blood pressure compared with those who took a placebo.
