The McKinney City Council called a special meeting and met in executive session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on the McKinney Economic Development Corporation president search, a city attorney transition plan and potential vendor litigation.
The special council session was held in the second floor conference room at city hall, 222 N. Tennessee Street.
Planning and zoning also held a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. in city council chambers on the land on the northeast corner at Hwy. 380 and Lake Forest.
P & Z will consider a request by BBV Texas Development, L.L.C., on Behalf of Kayasa Family, Ltd.
What’s requested? Rezoning 45.82 Acres from “PD” – Planned Development District and “CC” – Corridor Commercial Overlay District to “PD” – Planned Development District and “CC” – Corridor Commercial Overlay District.
What that allows? Commercial Uses, Located on the Northeast Corner of Lake Forest and U.S. Highway 380 (University Drive).
