Collin County Reports Third and Fourth Flu-Related Deaths

imagesflushotTwo more people in Collin County have died from the flu, Collin County health officials stated on Friday.

The victims are a Plano woman in her 50’s and a Murphy man in his 60’s.

Collin County health officials encourage anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms to seem treatment immediately. According the release issued by Collin County’s Public Information Office, “The County Health Care Department is completely out of adult flu vaccine and has a very short supply of children’s vaccine. However, shots are still available at many local doctor’s offices and pharmacies.”

The release notes that flu shots are still available at local doctor’s offices and pharmacies.
