Chris Hill Announces Support from Collin County Republican Party Leadership

Chris Hill, a McKinney resident running for Collin County Commissioner Precinct 3, announced today that he has received the overwhelming support of the Collin County Republican Party leadership. The conservative, grassroots leaders of the Republican Party recognize Chris as the principled, conservative choice for Collin County Commissioner, Precinct 3. Chris is himself a former member of the Collin County Republican Party Executive Committee, as well as the former Treasurer of the Collin County Republican Party.

There are many challenges for the county, including how to balance needed infrastructure and services while keeping tax rates in check and encouraging businesses to make their home in Collin County. Chris Hill has the experience, conservative values and personal integrity to meet these challenges. Chris is a CPA, and holds an MBA. His experience as an auditor will help him evaluate county finances and ensure best practices. Chris has committed to serve full-time as County Commissioner. This most recent endorsement joins a growing list of conservative voters, community leaders, and local organizations that have recognized Chris Hill as the conservative, experienced choice for county commissioner in precinct 3. He has now received over 750 endorsements, including Dr. Bob Collins (Collin College Trustee), Mr. Ray Huffines (Huffines Auto Dealerships), Mr & Mrs. John & Leahray Wroten, the Collin County Conservative Republicans, and the North Texas Tea Party. Chris is a sixth-generation native of north Texas and a second-generation resident of McKinney. He and his wife Laura have been married 14 years and have three children. They are active members of Christ Fellowship church in McKinney.

Chris is the only candidate for county commissioner precinct 3 who has pledged to serve as a full-time commissioner and has pledged that he will have no business conflicts of interest.
