Beauty Made Easy: Light Catching Eyes

eyes-16Beauty Made Easy Advanced Holiday Edition: Smoky Eye

This look is by far one of my favorites, it takes very little time and looks amazing. With its shimmer, it catches light and draws attention from all those around you.  But it’s a bit different from the former Smoky Eye technique so take a deep breath and here we go!

Start again by apply eyeshadow primer all over the eye area. This is crucial for this look because you’re using glitter infused eyeshadows.

After dusting on your brow highlight, take a glitter eyeliner, apply it from the base of your lashes blending it up towards your lid.

Now taking your blending brush, wet it slightly using either water in a spray bottle or a mineral infused facial spray. Press your brush onto the mineral eyeshadow then begin to pat the color onto the lid.

Blend your crease color over any unpolished edges and finish with liner and lashes!

Tips: Mineral eyeshadows work well either wet or dry.
Be sure to tap off any excess product before you apply to your eyes.
Pressing a tissue under your eye can prevent eyeshadow fallout.
