This look pays homage to the 60′s mod makeup revolution with graphic liner and the classic color combination of black white. But to make this look more modern, instead of a white lid with black liner we are demonstrating a double wing. It’s just like the last tutorial but now we’re adding a white wing.
Step 1: As always, apply primer all over.
Step 2: Line your top lid with a white pencil. Be sure to apply a good amount so it’s visible.
Step 3: Using either gel or liquid liner, start your white wing on your outer corner.
Step 4: Go over your pencil liner with either your liquid or gel.
Step: 5 On top of your white liner, repeat step one with your black pencil. Take care not to blend the two colors.
Step 6: Continue to your black wing!
Step 6: Finish off by lining your bottom lashes and top it all off with mascara.
Tips: Using both liners helps the liner stay even longer!
Pair your winged liner with your red lip or smoky eye.
Lining the inside of your top lid helps your lashes look fuller.
The white closer to your lashes makes you look more awake.
Line the inside of your lower lashes with white to make your eyes look bigger.
