After receiving his Bachelors Degree in Journalism from the University of Alabama in 2011, he worked as the main news and spots writer for The Chronicle-News in Trinidad, Colo. During his tenure in Colorado, Mike covered high school, junior college and semi-professional sports. He joined the TownSquareBuzz team in July of 2013 as a sports writer, covering athletics around the City of McKinney.
