The SPCA of Texas has a variety of adorable cats and dogs just waiting for a new home.
Meet Dually, a beautiful, two-year-old, 62 pound, Pit Bull mix. He has a tan and white coat with cute little spots on his nose. He is friendly and has lots of energy. Dually loves to go on short walks and play outside. Besides his dashing good looks and amazing personality, he is also one smart cookie! His previous owner taught him how to “sit” and “stay”. He is crate trained and also housetrained. After living in the shelter, it might take him a couple of weeks to remember all of my housetraining skills in his new adoptive home. Dually was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on September 8th because his previous owner was having some landlord issues. He has previously lived with children and enjoys the company of other dogs. Did you know that you can bring your current, vaccinated pets to the shelter to meet potential pets like Dually? He has been neutered, Heartworm tested (he’s negative), micro-chipped, and received his age-appropriate vaccinations! Would Dually be the perfect addition to your family? Come and meet him today! #116005
Meet Radar, a handsome six year old, nine pound, Domestic Short Hair mix. Radar was surrendered to the SPCA of Texas on July 1 in the hopes of finding his forever home! He is a pretty laid back guy who enjoys a good head and chin scratch. He can be a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you he is an affectionate lovebug. Radar enjoys spending his days lounging, observing his surroundings and snuggling in a comfy bed. He has been neutered, FIV/FeLV tested (he’s negative), micro-chipped, and has received his age- appropriate vaccinations! Radar is a V.I.P. (Very Important Pet) because he’s been waiting for his new, loving family for more than 30 days, and he has a special lower adoption price! Radar is a sweetheart who would fill your life with lots of love, laugher, cuddles, and purrs! Would he be the perfect addition to your family? Come and meet Radar today! #116055
