3 Ways To Market Your New Salon Business


In the beauty industry, repeat clients are the lifeline of the business.  If we take care of our clients, whether it’s hair, skin, or nails, they will keep coming back to us. These loyal customers will also be willing to refer their friends and family members to us as well.  The problem for most new stylists is they do not have a client list yet and they are starting from square one.  So how does a stylist get new customers.  Beg their friends and families? Ask strangers if they can help them? Probably not a good long term solution.  Here are 3 ways that a new stylist can market his or her business to attract new clientele:



1. Be active in Social Media:  With millions of people  online each and everyday, having an online presence is vital to any business owner today.  This is especially true for a stylist.  The beauty of platforms like Facebook, Google Plus and Pinterest is that they are great for promoting pictures of services.  Ex: A stylist can advertise the latest fall looks by showing pictures online casino nbso of their clients on their Facebook business page.  Once someone sees the picture, they may want the same look and contact the stylist.


2. When the answer is you, new business will flow your way instantly!  Not only do people like to do business with those they like and trust, but those that do really good hair, nails and skin!
